Decree of the Jewish council and land rabbi, issued in Pyzdry, regarding the dispute between the rabbi and the Koło community
The land elders, in response to the complaint of the Koło rabbi, order the elders of the Koło community to enforce the previous decree, to compensate for the losses and wrongs inflicted on the rabbi, and forbid the election of a new rabbi until the previous claims have been satisfied. In the event of the lack of enforcement, they allow the rabbi to hand over the execution of this decree to a nobleman.
